It can also help improve circulation to the skin, promoting a natural healthy glow. The treatment then continues with Restorative Foot Reflexology, working precise reflex points on the feet that correspond with organs, glands and body systems throughout the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex areas, the treatment helps calm the nervous system, support circulation and promote overall wellbeing.
