Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be moved. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours and are able to rebook within two weeks, there will be no cancellation charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours that are not rescheduled within two weeks may be charged at the full appointment fee. Cancellation charges will only be waived in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.

It is possible to change your appoitnment yourself, by logging into the site and viewing bookings.

This policy helps protect the time set aside for your treatment and allows appointments to be offered fairly to other clients.
