Initial Vodder Method Consultation
Service Description
A full consultation is required before your first Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment. This is because Vodder is a specialist treatment and not a general massage. I need to take a detailed medical history and understand your current health, symptoms, medication, surgery and treatment goals. This ensures treatment is safe, suitable and tailored to your individual needs, and helps me plan the best approach for you.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be moved. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours and are able to rebook within two weeks, there will be no cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours that are not rescheduled within two weeks may be charged at the full appointment fee. Cancellation charges will only be waived in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion. This policy helps protect the time set aside for your treatment and allows appointments to be offered fairly to other clients.
